**Universal Declaration for the Legalization of All Organic Drugs and the Decriminalization of Synthetic Drugs**


**Preamble:**

Recognizing the inherent dignity and the equal and inalienable rights of all individuals as the foundation of freedom, justice, and peace in the world. Acknowledging the historical, cultural, and medicinal significance of organic substances across various societies and the disproportionate harm caused by the criminalization of drug use. Understanding the necessity of promoting responsible use and regulation of both organic and synthetic drugs to enhance public health, reduce harm, and advance social justice.


**Article 1: Right to Personal Autonomy**

Every individual has the right to make informed decisions regarding their own use of organic and synthetic substances, provided such use does not harm others.


**Article 2: Right to Access and Availability**

Every individual has the right to safe, affordable, and regulated access to all organic drugs and decriminalized synthetic drugs for medicinal, spiritual, or recreational purposes without unreasonable barriers or discrimination.


**Article 3: Right to Cultivate and Grow**

Every individual has the right to cultivate, grow, and process organic substances for personal use, subject to reasonable regulations that ensure public safety and environmental protection.


**Article 4: Right to Non-Discrimination**

No individual shall face discrimination based on their use, cultivation, or association with organic or synthetic drugs, in areas including but not limited to employment, education, healthcare, housing, and social services.


**Article 5: Right to Education and Information**

Every individual has the right to accurate, comprehensive education and information about organic and synthetic drugs, including their risks, benefits, and responsible use practices to make informed decisions.


**Article 6: Right to Health and Harm Reduction**

Every individual has the right to access drug-related healthcare treatments, therapies, and harm reduction programs aimed at minimizing potential risks and promoting overall well-being.


**Article 7: Right to Social Justice and Equity**

Efforts shall be made to rectify historical injustices and disproportionate impacts of drug prohibition, ensuring equity in the legal drug industry and promoting social justice initiatives.


**Article 8: Right to Environmental Stewardship**

Cultivation and production of organic drugs shall be conducted sustainably, minimizing ecological harm and promoting conservation efforts to protect natural resources.


**Article 9: Right to Research and Innovation**

Support and encouragement shall be provided for scientific research, innovation, and the advancement of knowledge related to both organic and synthetic drugs, their uses, and their impacts on health and society.
