Preamble Recognizing the inherent dignity and equal rights of all members of the human family as the foundation of freedom, justice, and peace in the world, Acknowledging the significant harm and division caused by hate speech, Emphasizing the urgent need to foster a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding to achieve global peace, We hereby proclaim this Universal Declaration for Peace and Against Hate Speech as a common standard for all individuals, communities, and nations.

Article 1: Right to Peace and Respect Every individual has the inherent right to live in a peaceful and respectful environment free from hate speech and discrimination.

Article 2: Right to Freedom from Hate Speech No person shall be subjected to hate speech or any form of verbal abuse that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.

Article 3: Right to Dignity and Personal Integrity Every individual has the right to live with dignity and personal integrity without interference or harm from hate speech or derogatory remarks.

Article 4: Promotion of Empathy and Understanding All individuals and communities have a duty to promote empathy, understanding, and respect for diversity, and to take proactive steps to combat hate speech and prejudice.

Article 5: Role of Technology in Peace Promotion Technological platforms and artificial intelligence, including PeaceMakerGPT and MissionGPT, shall be utilized to identify, counteract, and prevent the spread of hate speech and to promote messages of peace and unity.
