We, the people, hereby proclaim this Universal Declaration of Banana Rights as a common standard to ensure the protection, sustainable use, and fair treatment of bananas worldwide.
Article 1: Right to Sustainable Cultivation
Bananas shall be cultivated using sustainable farming practices that protect the environment, conserve biodiversity, and promote soil health.
Article 2: Right to Protection from Disease
Banana crops shall be safeguarded against diseases through research, development, and implementation of effective disease management strategies.
Article 3: Right to Genetic Diversity
