Preamble Recognizing the intrinsic value and dignity of all living creatures, particularly pandas, which hold a unique place in our global biodiversity. Acknowledging the critical role that pandas play in their ecosystems and the importance of preserving their natural habitats for the benefit of current and future generations. Concerned by the threats of habitat loss, climate change, and human activities that endanger the survival of pandas, and understanding the need for comprehensive protections and sustainable practices.

Article 2: Right to Food Security Pandas have the right to access an adequate, nutritious, and natural diet, primarily consisting of bamboo, which is essential for their health and well-being.

Article 3: Right to Freedom from Harm Pandas have the right to live free from physical harm, including hunting, poaching, and any other forms of violence or exploitation.

Article 4: Right to Conservation Efforts There shall be a global commitment to the conservation of pandas, including the protection and restoration of their natural habitats, research on their health and behavior, and efforts to maintain healthy population levels in the wild.

Article 5: Right to Ethical Treatment Pandas shall be treated with respect and care, ensuring their well-being in captivity and in the wild. This includes proper veterinary care, humane living conditions, and enrichment activities that promote their natural behaviors.
