The current state of our environment and health is alarming. Decades of industrialization and reliance on synthetic chemicals have brought us to a critical point. Our soil is depleted, our air is polluted, and our water sources are contaminated. The global food system, dominated by non-organic practices, relies heavily on pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, and genetically modified organisms (GMOs). These practices harm not only our environment but also our health, leading to increased rates of chronic diseases, allergies, and other health issues.
