Declaration of Belief

To my dear friends, family, colleagues, and all members of my entourage,

I feel it is important to openly and clearly share my stance on matters of spirituality and belief, as transparency is a cornerstone of my life and work.

I, Marie Seshat Landry, hereby declare that I am an atheist. I do not believe in the existence of gods or deities of any kind. Furthermore, I do not believe that Jesus of Nazareth ever walked the Earth, nor do I subscribe to the concept of miracles.

I reject the notions of heaven and hell as described in religious doctrine, as they do not align with my understanding of the universe, humanity, or morality. My worldview is firmly grounded in evidence, reason, and a commitment to ethical living based on empathy and respect for all organic life.

I share this with the utmost respect for others’ beliefs, understanding that diversity in thought and spirituality is a fundamental part of human experience. My intent is not to challenge or offend, but rather to assert my truth and ensure clarity in our relationships.
